Problem
Cullum were asked to redesign part of the exhaust system allowing it to be attached to a new G-GT-20 Gas Turbine package but still fit into the existing space envelope on a very crowed site. Cullum also were asked to design a water cooling system with spray nozzles so that Water could be misted into the exhaust effectively cooling the Hot Exhaust Gas to a level where the Waste Heat Recovery Reactor further downstream could accept it and ultilise the heat for heating and process works.
Solution
Cullum designed, manufactured, and installed a new Combustion Exhaust system which incorporated all the required features required by the customer.
